From Chaos to Clean — We’re on Your Team

Keeping a home manageable isn’t always about effort or motivation. For many people with ADHD, autism, or other forms of neurodivergence, maintaining a home can feel overwhelming, confusing, or impossible — especially when systems don’t come naturally or energy fluctuates.
If you’ve ever thought:
“I don’t even know where to start.”
“Once it gets messy, it feels paralyzing.”
“I need help before it can even be cleaned.”
You’re not alone — and you’re exactly who this service was designed for.
We offer judgment‑free, neurodivergent‑affirming home support that bridges the gap between everyday life and a clean, functional space.
How We’re Different
Traditional cleaning services often expect the home to be "picked up" beforehand. That expectation alone can be a barrier.
We do things differently.
Our team is trained to help with the in‑between stage — the part where clutter, decision fatigue, and overwhelm stop progress before it starts.
This is not about perfection. This is about support.
What This Service Can Include
Depending on your needs, energy level, and comfort, we can help with:
🧺 Gentle Pick‑Up & Reset Support
  • Throwing away visible trash
  • Gathering dirty clothes and placing them in hampers
  • Resetting surfaces so they’re usable again
  • Helping create visual calm before cleaning begins
🧩 Light, Non‑Intrusive Organization
  • (Not deep organizing — just enough to reduce overwhelm)
  • Grouping like items together (books, papers, electronics, mail)
  • Stacking magazines or notebooks neatly
  • Creating simple, logical piles without over‑sorting
🧼 Cleaning Once the Space Is Ready
🧊 Fridge Management (Optional Add‑On)
  • For weekly and bi‑weekly clients, we offer fridge reset support (available as a $20 add‑on):
  • Tossing expired or obviously old food
  • Wiping shelves and drawers
  • Restoring a clean, usable fridge space
🧽 Dirty Dishes Help (Optional Add‑On)
🧺 Laundry Help (Optional Add‑On)
Judgment‑Free. Always.
We understand that mess is not a moral failing.
You will never be shamed, rushed, or talked down to. We don’t label homes as “gross,” “lazy,” or “out of control.”
Our job is to:
- Meet you where you are- Help reduce overwhelm- Leave your home calmer than we found it
You don’t need to apologize for your space.
Who This Is Especially Helpful For
This service is a great fit if you:
Have ADHD, autism, or identify as neurodivergent
Struggle with task initiation or follow‑through
Experience shutdown, burnout, or overwhelm
Avoid cleaning because it feels too big
Want help resetting, not just scrubbing
It’s also helpful for caregivers, partners, or family members supporting someone who is neurodivergent.
A Note About Scope & Safety
While we offer compassionate and flexible support, there are limits to ensure safety for everyone.
We are not equipped for:
- Biohazards (human or animal waste, blood, needles)- Active pest infestations- Hoarding situations requiring specialized intervention
If something unexpected is discovered, we’ll communicate clearly and kindly about next steps.
Getting Started
You don’t need to clean before we arrive. You don’t need to explain everything perfectly. You don’t need to have a plan.
Just reach out.
Tell us what feels hardest right now, and we’ll take it from there.
From chaos to clean — we’re on your team.
